Carole at the Keikyu Department Store
You are invited to visit us at the location noted here. For the past 10 years, every year we have spent a week in April doing sales of our most popular items and have developed a following of regular and new visitors who may not have the chance to visit Kiyosato. For the first time, from this year we will also be at Keikyu in the month of December.
From Dec. 7th (Thu.) to 13th (Wed.), 2017: 10am-8pm
at Yokohama Keikyu Hyakka-ten B1 in Kamioooka station
(Keihin-Kyuko/Keikyu line or Yokohama municipal subway)
The sweetness of the satsumaimo sweet potato is balanced by a tart topping of freshly-cooked fall apples.
*Please note that many of the daily or seasonal specials are not on the menu and may be available for only a short time, or as conditions permit.
Over the fall season we use a blend of several varieties of apple to find the best balance between sweetness and a sharper taste. Among these, not to be wasted, is the skin of the tangy Kougyoku apples especially good for tarts and strudel. It is an irreplaceable ingredient for our richly red-hued apple tea. For one month prior to harvesting, no agrochemicals are used on the apples by the orchard that supplies us directly.
